The search for space is not the end.. The space I find is there just hidden.. Once one believes its there you are already halfway there.. However space is a metaphor....
Belief of existence opens doors to greater change.

Here are some photos of the two shells that I have experimented with. These are corrugated boxes which have been stripped back to reveal the inner corrugations. Then these have been filled in with plaster and the remaining cardboard has been burnt away. The shells you see now are mainly plaster and some parts cardboard where it is needed still to hold together. I am looking to see how I can remove the cardboard completely, leaving just a skeletal plaster shell.
After a good Christmas, New Year and yes a little time on my snowboard Im back to it working with new ideas for upcoming exhibitions and projects. I am still working around similar themes however bringing these ideas towards final resolutions. I have been playing with the idea of space that is hidden yet still has a use and potential.
